She was able to help me find the right couch and night stand, and provided a phenomenal customer service. The couch I was looking for was not available at the 8th street store, so she promptly arrange for pick up at the confederation store immediately. Thank you for going above and beyond with your service Kushal!

- AMAndy MAug 30, 20262.0Online showed a shelf in stock, drove into the city just to get that. They look it up and nope our online is" messed up" sorry no shelf. No effort to help find another. This store is messy and cluttered compared to Prince Albert's.

I got the package but I had a issue trying to put it into my car because I already had other packages inside and a lot of chairs. Trying to figure out and rearrange everything takes a long while, but one employee by the name of Samdun (not sure if I spelled it right. It could be spelled Sandun or Sangdun) came and help me out. It was closing time too, so the gentleman went out of his way to do this. Overall, my 5 star rating came from this one guy's kindness. Wherever you are Samdun (again, I apologize if I mess it up), I hope you have a wonderful year.

Made me feel completely uncomfortable as I heard how they talk about women. I'm beyond disgusted and I highly suggest the owner take a good look at management. On top of this, the place is not wheelchair friendly. I couldn't bring in my own daughter to shop. If you're looking to shop here, I'd avoid it
