The store was very neat and nicely organized. We were approached by Derrick. Asked us how we were doing and gave us space the rest of our shopping which is how we want to shop! No pressure at all! He was always one shout away whenever we had questions and answered them with a smile.

"I had an amazing experience at The Brick North, all thanks to Pyar Kaur. I was looking for a King Size mattress, and she went above and beyond to find the perfect one that fit exactly within my budget.
Even though the specific mattress wasn't in stock at her location, she went out of her way to track it down at the East Side location and recommended I go there. However, I want to clarify that the credit for this sale belongs entirely to Pyar Kaur. Even though the salesperson at the East Side location processed the deal, it was her expertise and dedication that made it happen. She deserves all the recognition and promotion for her hard work!"

Totally went and checked out the tent sale and ended up getting new couch with a chaise seat totally look like boneless furnature but not so in love with them. Also big up to Derek Morrisseau sales consultant for helping me out the whole way he explained and supported everything I asked for also got delivery and then to were awsome peeps 5 starts all around definatly going back toget some beds. 😃💯🔥

The Brick North Regina - TERRIBLE service. My family bought couches from The Brick around 3 years ago. They only lasted a year. Really bad quality. However, the Brick offers a warranty credit and if you don’t use it for the couches we can use it on a future purchase. We were told by staff at this location we needed to use this credit by the end of February. We went to the Brick and I had a specific picture and lamp I wanted to buy. Of course they didn’t have the picture in stock and the salesperson kept showing me other pictures that looked nothing like the one I showed her. She would not listen. I said I would like to pay and order this specific picture and lamp and I would like to use my credit. She sent me over to the customer service desk to confirm our information and that was hell. The staff was rude saying we didn’t have a credit. She finally found it though. At this point we were in the store for an hour because everything was taking so long. Our salesperson seemed untrained and helped other people and kept leaving us. I wanted to pay for the remaining balance for my items and no one would take our money. The manager didn’t even acknowledge that we were frustrated and no one was helping us. After two hours they finally took our payment. They said our items should be here first and second week of April. we call first week of April and they told us our items were CANCELLED! The said we had a balance owing so they just cancelled it. NO ONE called to tell us. They said because we got our ottoman a month after our couches the warranty credit doesn’t kick in until end of April. Again….. NO ONE told us this beforehand. They said end of April you can come pick up your items. We just called today and sure enough our items aren’t even ordered yet and we won’t have them for another two months. This is TERRIBLE service. The staff was rude, no one knows what’s going on and you don’t even get what you paid for.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
