Recently purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher from The Brick, and I’m really impressed with the overall service. Yashu M from sales team was especially attentive, answered all our questions properly, and helped us choose appliances that fit perfectly in our space. What I appreciated most was the transparency in pricing — no hidden surprises, and the deal was better than what we found at other stores. The entire process from purchase to delivery was smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely shop here again!

We bought a washer and dryer set along with a microwave from The Brick, and the experience was fantastic. Yashu M was very friendly and patient, helping us compare different models without any pressure. She guided us to the right products based on our needs and budget. We checked prices at a couple of other appliance stores too, but The Brick had the most competitive pricing and great service. Very satisfied with the overall experience!

Did our research online and at another store. Came to this location to see if they had any floor models on sale. We were told a sectional we were interested could be discounted 20% if we took it by the end of the month. Great- we said sure. The sales person told us to sit down and wait ( about 15-20 feet away from the sectional we were interested in) while waiting we decided to go take another look at the model we were about to buy. When we walked over and sat down, we noticed that "SOMEONE" had changed the sales tag from $2399 to $4299.... LOL WOW! like did they think we sont notice the price? Like we don't have pictures of the model online and in-store? We immediately walked out and absolutely cannot believe the shady-ness and nerve.

Came in to look at beds and pillows. Ended up purchasing a floor model pillow. Was told it was out on the floor for about 2 weeks and has minor wear. Purchased it. Got home and the next day it and it was defective and has holes. Emailed tempur pedic and they confirmed that it shouldn’t have been sold as it is obviously defective, emailed the brick as asked for a return as it is defective any reliable business would just comp it, but was told that it was sold as is. I was not told it was sold as is. I was told no returns. They put as is on my receipt to protect themselves as they were selling a defective products. sales person was great and had no idea but I believe the manager may have known.I wrote the review and emailed corporate, to get them to allow a return as store credit, eventually pushed to the manager that if I bought another pillow, they would return the difference and they agreed. When I said it was defective they said that all clearance items even floor model are defective, and I should have know. Forgot to confirm with manager about if that is true or not. Would recommend triple checking anything you buy, and getting any defects written and signed, just incase they try to do what they did to me to you. Also would recommend my sales person George as he was amazing, and didn’t push a sale.

This is going to be a long review but stay with me. We are The Brick loyalists or should I say we were loyalists as I do not see myself visiting there store ever again. In 2023, when we had to furnish our new home, all of our furniture was from The Brick - living room, bedrooms and even pillows - and we purchased warranty. They advertise their warranty on their website by saying they’ve got families with younger kids covered if there’s a one time incident but that’s false marketing and I found out when I filed a claim on our living room furniture. I had to go to the store to dispute bitterly and then I got some store credit. We moved to a bigger home September 2025 and you can already guess that all of our furniture were from The Brick as well. At the point of purchase, we were told we had to purchase warranty which I opposed due to my past experience but later had to purchase. April 2026, there’s been an incident with the end table and coffee table (both are from the same manufacturer). I made a claim within a few days of the incident and have just received an email tonight that it got denied because claim was received after over 14 days of incident which is wrong. Second reason was misuse, which I find extremely funny and annoying at the same time. I’ve shared that I wasn’t going to file a claim for the coffee table because in all honestly, it looks good but I’m just concerned that it’s a safety issue. The slab on top isn’t permanently fixed to the base. The slab is marble and really heavy and I’m worried that someone might move the table without knowing if its condition and it could slide and hurt someone. Everyone knows how heavy marble is. I am patiently waiting for them to explain misuse and I welcome them to my home so I can show them fragile furnitures I’ve had for several years with no damage. I have requested for them to explain the grounds for the denial but they have lost a customer. As I type this, I have a barbecue grill purchase with them which is pending pick up. Oh before I forget, we also got all of our basement appliances with The Brick in February 2026, they delivered the wrong microwave but guess who didn’t make a complaint? Me! One of the dining chairs we got had a scuff mark which I noticed on the second day of delivery, I never made any formal complaint. I let the sales person know via chat (I have evidence with dates) but never filed a claim because I know The Brick and I just had no energy for them.
