Professional delivery experience by Deep Singh and Tejpal Singh. They were very careful in handling the items and delivered the mattress and bed frame to the top floor. Great shoutout to both of them for efficiently completing their assigned work. Thankyou Deep and Tejpal

I went in with something specific in mind, and George helped me find exactly what I wanted…with a few upgrades! Lots of information so I could make a decision that fit my needs and my vision!

Today, I visited several furniture stores in Regina while shopping for furniture for my new home, including JYSK, Ashley HomeStore, Leon's, and finally The Brick on Victoria Avenue East. At JYSK, Ashley HomeStore, and Leon's, every salesperson and manager I met was friendly, welcoming, and respectful. They greeted me with genuine smiles, listened patiently to my questions, and sincerely tried their best to help me find the right furniture. Even though we couldn't reach a deal that day, they still made me feel valued as a customer. Because of the excellent service I received, I will definitely return to those stores for future purchases. Unfortunately, my experience at The Brick was completely different. The salesperson who initially helped me was polite and genuinely tried his best to understand what I was looking for. Since I was purchasing furniture for my first home, I am still learning and had many questions. There were a few moments when we misunderstood each other. During one of those moments, while I was explaining my needs to the salesperson, another employee, who later introduced himself as the store manager, looked at both of us and rolled his eyes. I noticed it immediately and felt uncomfortable, wondering if I had done something wrong. As our conversation continued, I expected a manager to demonstrate a higher level of customer service by supporting both the salesperson and the customer, especially when there was a communication barrier. Instead, I felt that his responses were dismissive and lacked the respect, patience, and professionalism I had experienced at every other furniture store I visited that day. I even apologized to the salesperson who was assisting me because I felt the situation had become uncomfortable for him as well. He remained polite and continued trying to help me, and I appreciated his effort. Unfortunately, I did not receive any apology or acknowledgment from the manager. Feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, I decided to leave the store rather than continue my shopping experience. As I was leaving, I noticed the manager, the salesperson who had been assisting me, and several other employees standing together and laughing. I cannot say what they were laughing about, but I did not receive any apology or acknowledgment that the interaction had made me feel uncomfortable. Seeing that immediately after my interaction left me feeling disappointed, disrespected, and unwelcome. I understand that everyone can have a busy day. However, customer service, especially from someone in a management position, should always be based on patience, respect, and professionalism. Customers visit a furniture store because they need advice and guidance before making an important purchase. No customer should leave feeling judged or disrespected simply because they need additional help or ask questions. I sincerely hope The Brick takes customer service seriously and provides additional training to ensure every customer is treated with courtesy and respect. This review is based solely on my personal experience during my visit today. Based on that experience, I cannot recommend this location, and I will not be returning.

Kunal assisted us at the Brick Regina East store and I have to say, this was hands down the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received in Canada. Very helpful, offering us solutions to issues on his own, and made the process extremely smooth. You can tell they have a good team there since even when he offered to check with his manager on something, he came back with an even better result than we expected. Considering we were shopping for our new house and it was the third big furniture store we were buying from during that day alone, they left the previous ones in the dust. Looking forward to doing more business with them.

Sales department is great especially with Majo’s help! They are all very helpful in the store (east location) and is always willing to accommodate our requests. 10 out of 10 service on this purchase!🤩 The only disappointing part is the delivery. Upon purchase, we have all agreed that it will be delivered AND assembled. The delivery people refused to bring the heavier part (reclining sofa) in the house as they said that our front stairs being “unstable”, yet this is a new built house and appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, dryer, washer) were able to be brought in no problem. They did not even offer to make another way to make it work and just left it in our garage, which we have to lift this heavy box and assemble it ourselves after. On the other hand, Leon’s delivery of our dining set (heavy wood) with marble server table had no issues or whatsoever in bringing them in the house; did not even mention anything about our stairs! Very disappointed in this experience with The Brick’s delivery staff 👎🏼
