Wish I could give no stars!!! Shocked they're in business at all. Our experience has been horrible from the start and it is still ongoing. It is July 6 and this all began on June 9th.
We ordered a sectional on June 9th. They were supposed to phone when the couch arrived. We hadn't recieved a call so we phoned them to find out our couch had been there for 2 days. This was now June 18th. We picked them up that day only to get home and find out that we didn't recieve the correct pieces of the couch. The main back portion of the couch was missing and they had given us a right and a left but no main piece. We contacted them immediately and they wanted us to open it fully and take pictures (how stupid). Turns out they didn't order the right pieces to begin with so June 19th it was re ordered. Fast forward to July 5th we recieved an email that the couch was in. We drove to Leon's to go pick up the couch ( we live outside the city). Suddenly Leon's won't allow us to take our fully paid for couch that we've been waiting a month for with our livingroom destroyed and only half of our couch sitting in it. They say we have to pay for the wrong piece they gave us and they will let us take the correct piece and then come and pick up the wrong one. Are you kidding!!!???? They want us to agree to purchasing another couch?!?!? What incentive would they have to come get the wrong piece at that point?!?!?
They then say they will deliver the right one and pick up the old one in another 5 days. No way, how unacceptable. We finally got them to agree to deliver the next day and when I asked what time they said we would receive a text message a few hours before they arrive. It is now 2 30 pm and no text still. Could they not have given a time range at least? The customer service and incompetence is truly unbelievable. Pretty sure we're not getting the couch today.

On top of that the quality is horrible. We feel stuck with this piece of poorly made furniture that we paid $2000 for because we signed a paper upon pick up of the first piece. How do they make you do this when everything is boxed up? There is a small corner piece of wood that holds the leg and it's broken. There is no one jumping on this couch etc. Terrible terrible experience the whole way through.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. Made arrangements to expedite the delivery of our furniture so that we could get it out to the lake in time for our holidays. Delivery was right on the expected time, and the delivery drivers were both friendly as well. We will likely be back to Leon's again soon.

I was quite upset after I left your store tonite . I walked in looking for an area rug and a young person walked behind and ask how I was doing . I told him I was looking for an grey area rug . He was not very helpful at home. He just pointed to a wall where they where hanging . I told him I cudnt afford those prices. He then suggested for me to go to the liquidation store around the corner . To me that was dn insult . I finally did see one on floor model I liked st leons. I called that salesman over and told him I wud like to buy it. It was almost $180. I felt that he looked down at me . I was very hurt . I am not rich but to be insulted to go to another store

Me and my partner went into the store and picked out a sectional, when we went to pay they said we couldn't get it because someone just bought it before us. So we went with the next best, we paid and was told we would get it delivered. We got the 3 seater, and waited for 2 more months before we got the loveseat. The loveseat broke while still under warranty, we called. They had taken the number wrong 4 times, we had to call and fix it ever time we called to try and get the love seat fixed. 2 months later still nothing fixed, and we keep calling and they keep saying we gave them the wrong number again. Dont waste your time and money.
