  Although it took almost 3 months to get the loveseat as it was on back order., I am happy with the product. The delivery experience was very smooth this morning. I will most probably order the matching chair in a short time.

  I bought the starship twin over full bunk bed and was sent a returned item for the price of new. I particularly did not buy a cheaper option, that I would have not had to pay separately for the storage drawers, because I assumed being closer to a store meant they would at least be more diligent than a dropshipping website. Instead, I got a returned item. In hindsight, I wish I took pictures of every mess I found. From the tacky taping of the boxes, to parts in a Ziploc bag, and broken screw in the ladder part. It wasn't until I was putting together the storage drawers and a spot where the screw was supposed to go in was already broken, it was left there for whoever was going to finish the damage without realizing it, that my patience ran out and it finally clicked that I needed picture evidences. Unfortunately, I only have one. I took my kids' old beds apart, we were all excited to put together this new one, spent the whole day on the task, only to be disappointed at the end of the day. That was really disheartening.

  On their website, I had ordered a dishwasher, It stated of a delivery/pick up date of next week. When I had looked at other retailers in the city that had the same dishwasher, Leon's date was the earliest, but they were not the cheapest. I went with Leon's for the earlier available date. This was at night, after business hours. The next morning I was informed that the delivery/pick up date was 4 to 6 weeks out. Other Stores had the item available on line for 1-3 days later than Leon's website, which was the determining factor for going with Leon's. I was also informed that they know the website for Regina's stock is often wrong, yet they don't fix it. This is deliberate false advertising, and failure to hold up their end of purchase agreements (breach of contract). They telling customers that they can't cancel out of the purchase when Leon's have altered their Sale delivery conditions after the purchase was made (which they knew there would be a few weeks before delivery but falsely advertised as 5 days). This is in May, there are not 2 week highway closures for snow storms. Take your business elsewhere like the Brick, Home Depot, Rona, Coastal Appliance. At least they hold to their delivery dates (weather dependant). See screen shot. I made the purchase the night of 6 May 2026. Got told on morning of 7 May it was a 4-8 week delay. This screen shot was afternoon of 7 May (after getting told of the delay). Leon's still lying to their customers!!!!

  Leons has always been great to deal with! I've bought two bed sets and a couch there over the years. Delivery has always gone well. Sales staff in the matress department are knowledgeable, helpful and know their stuff. I think both times I shopped for beds, selecting the matress was the quickest part of the process since the staff knew exactly which one may be a good fit. I like being able to go to a store and have help looking for what I need instead of browsing aimlessly. Happy to buy again here in the future!

  I have bought lots from the store. But what has me the most upset was my couch set. For how much I spent on this couch set. And bought the extra warrenty. Then when I phoned about the warranty to be told cause I didn’t call within 20 days of the time it happened. They say it’s in there paper they gave us. It’s in very small print. And not one sales person said anything about the warrenty too. The whole couch is falling apart now. The couch is only 3 years old. Recliners don’t work. Pieces are falling apart. It took me so long to find the couch I wanted to have this happen. Never again will I be back. Never been treated so poorly from the store and the warranty. I don’t even want to give them one star.
