I interacted with three employees, and every one of them displayed the same rude, unwelcoming attitude. The first staff member asked what I was looking for, pointed to the area, and walked away without any further assistance. While browsing, an older staff member approached us with no greeting, no smile, and immediately asked what we were looking for. After we explained, he simply said, “No, we don’t have it,” and stood there as if waiting for us to leave. Once we picked some cushions, he walked off without another word. At the cashier, the same behaviour continued. No hello, no smile, no basic courtesy. He rang up the purchase silently and didn’t even say thank you. Overall, it felt like the store was being run by staff with zero customer‑service training — almost like a team of zombies. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. On our entering the store, we were received with broad smiles and very cheerful vibes by the store associates. Mr. Vidit attended to us and provided very excellent customer service. He displayed sound knowledge of the features and benefits of each product we were interested in purchasing. Very Respectful. We were well attended to by the cashier, JOSH, as well. Mr. Vidit, and another Associate helped with loading our purchases. We departed with a warm goodbye and see you again smiles. What an amazing evening. Mr. Vidit is an amazing guy.
