  My family was at the JYSK Regina Store #102 on April 30. On our entering the store, we were received with broad smiles and very cheerful vibes by the store associates. Mr. Vidit attended to us and provided very excellent customer service. He displayed sound knowledge of the features and benefits of each product we were interested in purchasing. Very Respectful. We were well attended to by the cashier, JOSH, as well. Mr. Vidit, and another Associate helped with loading our purchases. We departed with a warm goodbye and see you again smiles. What an amazing evening. Mr. Vidit is an amazing guy.

Every time we’ve needed help, Urvish has been there without hesitation, is always reliable, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything is handled properly.   I spoke with a gentleman who did not help me at all, then I asked Miranda, she was excellent and helped me pick out all of my curtains and curtain rods for the best price of the right measurements! She was absolutely awesome!

  I had the worst experience with Jysk. In January this year, I ordered 4 dining chairs, paid for them, and was told at pickup that they only had 3 but would order the last one for me. I was told I would get a call when they arrived in “2-3 weeks”. I’m writing this in April and I still don’t have the fourth chair or a refund. I’ve called them multiple times, each time being told that they should have the chair next week and I’ll get a call when it’s ready to be picked up. I never get a call. Meanwhile, these chairs have been advertised at sale price on their website multiple times since I purchased my set. Very frustrating. I have shopped with them before without issues but this has made me reconsider ever shopping there again.

  Your worker Krunal is really very helpful and kind person He had helped me in every possible way he could do. He had explained everything to me in a very detailed way so I could buy whatever is perfect for me.
