The keys came out with metal pieces still attached and I brushed off the metal hanging off the keys of the teeth myself. I found there were only 5 key designs to choose from. I wish there had been more. But overall, if the machine posts a deal, at least the deal should come out correct and not messed up. Price was too expensive for the product and how it turned out.
