He judged my 18yr old autistic son and wouldnt shake his hand and shut him down really quickly when my son introduced himself handing over a resume. For young adults its already scary to put yourself out there looking for work. Let alone being rude towards young adults (18yr old) with disabilities cause due to not liking there "different look". I watch it by the corner so yes I witness this and will be reporting this matter. This happened about 4months ago wanting to give a chance to see if he was just simply just having a bad day my son went in 6 weeks later for a follow up and he was just as cold. My son and I still go to this still as the employees are so sweet and amazing and my son loves getting his craft here for home.
