Recently, our pool light went out, so I contacted Nevergreen Pools to see if they could handle the repair. They sent a technician out the very next day. Unfortunately, the repair turned out to be more complex than expected due to the age of our pool (approximately 60 years old) and the fact that the light was a non-standard size the technician had never encountered before. Despite this, he immediately got to work identifying the correct size and researching possible retrofit solutions. He located a suitable replacement, arranged for it to be shipped overnight, and returned the following day to install it. The light works perfectly. I am extremely satisfied with Nevergreen Pools and truly appreciate their professionalism, problem-solving ability, and commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer service.
