Shingle Springs All Season's customer service was off the charts. They actually knew thier products & what they didn't know they looked up right away. They answered all our questions & helped us purchase a Dolphin from an All Seasons store that was closer to us than they were ! Leslie's knew nothing about thier products & did not seem motivated to look anything up. Very impressed with Shingle Springs All Seasons store. Thank you guys !!
- DSDavid ShadeJul 30, 20184.0My purchase experience was good, but getting delivery was slower than promised. After I arranged electrical utility hook-up, my brand new spa would not power-on. I played phone tag with the All-seasons service department for a week - the service extension rolls to voice mail constantly. I work on the phone and I could not pickup when they returned my calls - which they did. I got an appointment (2 hour service window-nice!) for a tech to come and look at it - only to have it cancelled the day of - wasting a day that I arranged to work from home to meet the tech. I admit my situation is exacerbated by a very busy schedule. But it feels like the service department is thinly staffed or the business is outgrowing existing service staff levels - with no margin to answer phones real time or recover from a person calling in sick. Their tech did come out later in the week and discovered/fixed the problem, which was totally on our side.
