This couch was an investment, so I wanted to wait until the Black Friday Sale to make my purchase. Bailey was great all of the way through. She followed up with me each time there was a sale by text. She was not pushy at all. She sent me quotes for multiple configurations, and was incredibly patient with me while I made my decision. Great customer service!
