  By far the standout thing about this place is the exceptional service. Glenn in particular is an absolute legend, it's clear by the reviews and interactions I've witnessed that he in particular has touched a lot of people in a positive way and I can vouch for that. Storage is storage, but what has this a cut above is the service.

  I have been a customer of SoCal Self Storage for the past year and it's all thanks to the exceptional service provided by GLENN. He's an asset to the company with his professionalism, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist with any concerns. I am so astounded by the level of customer service. Every time I visit the facility, I'm greeted with a warm smile and positive energy from GLENN. He truly makes my storage experience enjoyable. In addition to GLENN's great customer service, the facilities are always clean, well-maintained and have all the necessary amenities such as lockers, office space, elevator, and bathroom. They also have a fridge loaded with beverages as a courtesy. I'm a natural skeptic and was pleasantly surprised to see the reviews are every bit true. I highly recommend SoCal Self Storage and would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to GLENN for making my storage experience a delightful one. 5-star service all around!

  Glenn and May are amazingly hospitable! The move in process was a breeze and they were extremely attentive about covid regulations. It's nice to know my belongings will be in a safe place with a more personal experience than any mainstream storage company. Thanks again for everything!

  If you live in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino or anywhere else in the SFV look no further this is the place for exceptional service, security, and all of the above for your storage needs. Great location right on Ventura Boulevard near Sepulveda. The facility is well-maintained always clean along with the bathroom it's absolutely lovely and luxurious in case you ever need to use the facilities while you're handling your storage business. Moreover, the facility offers complementary bottled water which is refrigerated along with candy just another reason why this place is so cool. All the staff that I met are nice people and down to earth. The facility even offers a small shop on site which includes inventory such as boxes, wrapping, locks and all other supplies related to handling your packing needs its essentially a one stop shop. Giant freight elevator makes loading large quantities of boxes, furniture, or any other articles easy to do in one trip. Parking is a breeze even for myself since I own a large Chevy Tahoe never have issues finding somewhere to park. All in all, what really sold me on this place was the professionalism and accommodating nature of the friendly on-site manager by the name of Glenn, truly a great guy and makes you feel welcome and right at home. He is so attentive and helpful and has a great personality and attitude a lot of times it can be a hassle looking for a quality storage facility but Glenn makes the process so easy. Thank you Glenn, you're awesome bro! I'm with SoCal Storage of Sherman Oaks for life whenever I'm in need of such services.
