- MPMichael PourshMar 11, 20251.0I purchased a lovesac sactional two weeks ago from this showroom. The salesperson was very friendly and the couch was very comfortable. I was told that since the warehouse was not very far I was likely to receive the couch in 3 days and it would be delivered by fedex so I would be able to track my order. Two weeks later and I have not yet received my order -- the order tracking website is an absolute nightmare. The information provided is not accurate and not very helpful. After reaching out to customer support multiple times, I have discovered that my order is being shipped via a private shipper called FragilePak, and the order is somewhere in their dock and they are searching for it? They cannot provide an estimate for when it will be delivered. Lovesac is equally confused about where my order is... this entire process is extremely upsetting. If you're planning on purchasing one of these couches, be prepared to wait much longer than the delivery estimate you're given. Hopefully you have somewhere to sit while you wait, it's going to be a while.
