  We are house managers and one of our clients needed key placement, change, correction and a couple other things. We have used Flam's before and loved them so we decided to use them again for this very picky client. They were out straight away and did everything we needed right away. They were well prepared and had everything they needed on their truck. They were so very nice and they were fast, but they did not rush it. The job was perfect. Our client was thrilled we got it all done so fast. Flam's prices are ever so reasonable and they are super reliable. We requested quite a few things and they were ready and got it done right the first time. They cleaned up after themselves, unlike some that leave a mess. It was as if they were never there. We really trust them. Thank you Flam's.

  Came to this physical location and immediately regretted it. The man with glasses working there was extremely rude, irritated, and arrogant from the very first moment. No greeting, no willingness to help — just pure attitude, like customers are a problem for him. Very unprofessional behavior, zero customer service skills, and clear lack of competence. Instead of explaining anything calmly, he acted annoyed and dismissive, as if he’s above everyone. If you value respect and basic professionalism, do not come here. High prices, bad attitude, and an employee who clearly shouldn’t be working with people. Absolutely not recommended.

  Tom is the best!!! He knows what he is doing, works fast, is extremely kind, and efficient. I have had him rekey and change locks countless times. Thank you, Flams!

  I have been coming here for awhile to get multiple sets of keys made as a result of working on multiple tv shows. The service has been great until today. I walked in and was waiting on a woman to finish getting assistance. This woman took a reasonable long time to get the answers she needed. So I waited patiently about a good 10 mins. Two other gentlemen came in after me and waited in que. As the woman was finished I was next to go but the man behind the counter (who I assume is the owner) made me wait to go last and serviced the other gentlemen that came after me. Considering how much I have come here to get good service this was horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend it ever again.
