    Never again. Avoid Ferguson if you value basic courtesy and competent service. There are plenty of other suppliers who will treat you like a paying customer instead of an inconvenience. 1 star only because I have to pick something.

    I wish I could give zero stars. Ferguson has consistently proven to be one of the most frustrating companies I’ve ever dealt with, and after multiple bad experiences, I’m finally done. Their sales staff and phone operators are hands-down the rudest people I’ve encountered in any customer service role. Condescending attitudes, short and snappy responses, zero patience, and zero willingness to actually help solve problems. It’s like they’re annoyed that you’re even calling or showing up in person. we decided to give them one more chance, thinking maybe things had improved. Big mistake. Same rude treatment, same incompetence, same total disregard for the ocustomer. Never again. Avoid Ferguson if you value basic courtesy and competent service. There are plenty of other suppliers who will treat you like a paying customer instead of an inconvenience. 1 star only because I have to pick something.

    It is hard to believe that I had to make an appointment for an “expert” to help us with a range selection. They knew nothing about any of the ranges. They had to google it when we had questions. What a waste of a gorgeous showroom.

    I would like to commend the work of Vince, Michael and Luis who were the installation crew from Ferguson Home. They were only suppose to do a site survey prior to the installation of the gas stove I purchased from their showroom in Seaside, California. They decided to save me time by installing the stove instead of having to come back on another day which is their standard operating procedure. This was great news to my wife who has been without a stove for a long period of time during the remodeling of our kitchen. This crew was on time, very efficient and they protected and cleaned up their worksite afterwards which was my kitchen floor. They were even nice enough to haul away the huge cardboard box full of Styrofoam which the stove came in as I usually have to find room in the recycling bin and garbage can as Styrofoam can't be recycled. I would recommend Ferguson Home for your appliance and/or plumbing needs.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
