Securing a new place was easy online and I received a gate code. Entering and exiting was easy. The first time I came on site, Richard checked on me to see if I needed anything and I appreciated that. They have two large carts for transporting goods from your vehicle to/from the storage location. Mine was inside access. At a certain point I realized I needed extra space and the staff was helpful over the phone to find a space near my first one. Overall this was a great experience and when I need storage in the future, I’ll choose this site.
