I couldn't get anyone to help me load my king size mattress so I attempted to do it myself. Well it turned out just as you would expect. When returning my rental, Raymond the super star he is, was on top of everything! Super quick getting me checked in, helping me get all the small details ironed out so that there was less hassle for both of us, and extremely professional. 10/10 going to recommend this place for anyone looking to rent a U-Haul. I recommend going to the counter and asking for the one guy that can get you in and out with zero hassle, Raymond Sapiera!
