    Aloha and his staff very unprofessional. Went to pick some blinds pre ordered. I was told to go grab my order from the pick up room. Another employee comes out and asked what are you doing? I explained but she made it seem as if I was stealing what I paid for. All the employees were rude and unprofessional. I would stick with Home Depot going forward.

    The customer service at this Lowe's location is terrible, i recommend going to the location in mission valley, they are super helpful and take the time to help us customers out. The employees here don't help and are never on the sales floor. We spoke with the manage on duty at the time, his name is Aloha I believe, and he was combative and defensive when I had questions and concerns about a faulty product he tried to dismiss without even having a conversation. I had to insist to finally get him to do his job and stop being lazy and unprofessional. Even then he was looking for any excuse to dismiss the issue and would talk over me, even when he was the one that asked me a question yet wouldn't let me speak. Terrible person, and horrendous at doing their job, no wonder people recommend Home Depot.

    Do not go to this location. Customer service is non existent. No wonder no one was shopping. I walked past several employees, they never asked if I needed help. Their map online is wrong for location of products. I asked the person monitoring the self check out where to find ice maker filters, he said probably in the back. I asked if there's some one back there to help & he said no. Thre were only 5-6 people working in the store. Edgar the manager could not have cared less. Misty at the service desk apologized. I was going to spend $200-$250 on a Sunday morning. I will go to Home Depot down the street & pay a little more, at least they act like they want my business.

    Update: Lowes customer service team was patient and after following up honored the sale price for the oven. Be patient and eventually the customer service team will figure out the sales process. We now have the oven we wanted for the price it was advertised. Side note: The delivery guys were rough with the oven so I had to replace a broken leveling leg. Lowe’s Santee Management My wife and I experienced extremely poor customer service at the Lowe’s Santee location. On Friday, November 28th, we purchased an LG oven (Model #LTGL6937F) and paid for delivery. We were assured that we would be contacted with delivery details. Instead, later that evening around 7 PM, the appliance supervisor called to inform us that she had mistakenly sold us the oven. She admitted she did not know how to check Lowe’s warehouse inventory and stated that the unit was no longer in stock. Our order was canceled, and a refund was issued without any sincere effort to resolve the situation. We returned to the store that same evening to see if the purchase could be honored, but both the appliance supervisor and the assistant store manager were unable to meet customer expectations. In total, we wasted over four hours dealing with this issue due to Lowe’s poor inventory management. We are deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by the Santee location. Selling products that are not actually available is unacceptable and reflects a serious failure in sales and inventory management.
