My husband and I read so many glowing reviews about Eliminate Termite Service before contacting them to come take a look. Ironically, we had just canceled our termite service with a different “big name”company that we had had for years (but were not thrilled with), and then found out we still had termites.☹️ We loved that Eliminite is a family owned business run by knowledgeable and friendly people. Gary came out and explained the whole process to us and gave us the estimate. A few weeks later Bobby came out and did the work. Both guys were great, explaining everything thoroughly and patiently, answering all of our questions. We are very excited not to have to tent our home are looking forward to seeing how great this new treatment is going to work!

Very grateful for this team! Gary was wonderful at explaining what we’d need to have done in my elderly parents’ home, and they were able to get the job done without tenting (which was huge!). Bobby and Jeff did the work beautifully, and it took several hours less than expected. They also talked us through what they did around the house. Great, efficient company!

Bobby Ruiz came to the house today to Orange Oil the house. I have tented my house 3 times since buying the house. Last month I had my original termite company come out for an inspection. They declared ‘no termites’. Two weeks later, after a short rainstorm. The termites were once again flying around my dining room. Bobby scanned all of the walls and found FIVE areas of infestation. He showed me how he scans the walls and how he treated those areas. Very professional. Will use this company in the future and recommend to my neighbors.

Frequently Asked Questions About Eliminite Termite Services
How long will termite treatment take?
The length of your termite treatment depends upon the size of the building, of course. For a typical residence, this can often be done in one day! For safe termite control you can rely on, turn to Elimintie Termite Services for a more accurate estimate of our treatment!
How long is my warranty after an Eliminite Termite Services visit?
The length of your warranty depends on the service you have purchased from us. For escrow and real estate termite services, warranties are typically for one year from service. For non-escrow treatments, warranties are two years. Before your warranty expires, our Protection Program allows you to renew it for a small additional fee on an annual basis.
Will termites come back?
Termites are persistent little things, and they can come back at a later date. For this reason, we typically recommend that building owners check for termites as often as possible. As advocates for our customers, we encourage them to have us come back for an annual inspection before their warranty with us ends to keep things great and termite-free.
How can you tell if I have termites behind my walls?
We use advanced technology to find termites in the most hidden of places. Through our partnership with Termatrac, we use thermal imaging equipment to scan the walls where necessary. This allows us to determine if there are termites within those walls. We do this before we treat your home and after to confirm our mission is accomplished and that there is no further movement. Termites will always leave evidence. Even if a termite is new to the neighborhood (your building), they will leave a substance called “frass.” Our inspectors are highly trained and know exactly what to look for. Not only will we find the evidence if it’s there, but we can catch it early on. Our confidence in this technology is why we are able to offer a full structural warranty after we have provided termite control for you.
Can I purchase D-Liminite Orange Oil products for my own use?
If you are a licensed operator, absolutely! Currently, D-Liminite Orange Oil is not available for sale to the public, but stay tuned for some developments on that front.
If orange oil isn't highly toxic, can it still do the job?
Absolutely, and that’s why we use it! We have built our business on providing a more comforting alternative to termite removal. With orange oil, we can provide the same level of organic termite control services, just in a more environmentally friendly way.
What is orange oil?
Great question! Orange oil is derived from the essential oils of an orange peel. It’s an organic alternative to the pesticide-heavy synthetic products traditionally associated with termite control. Most importantly, it’s child and pet-friendly, and YOU-friendly! When we use orange oil in your treatment, you can stay home rather than flee the scene!
What are the signs of termite infestation?
Different termites leave different clues as to their presence. For example, drywood termites leave pellets. Other people will see what they think is dust or pepper on their tables or the ground. If you think you may have termites or if it’s been a while since you had your premises checked, please contact us for a complimentary inspection of your home.
What do you use to remove termites? Should I be concerned about chemicals?
We use a chemical-free termite solution that primarily uses an all-natural termite control product., including D-Liminite, Board Defense, Altriset, BORACARE, Timbor, Alpine, and Termidor. You can find detailed information about each product on our website.
Do I need to move out of my home when I have termite treatment?
With Eliminite Termite Services, you can stay home! Our alternative termite treatment is much softer on your body, so you don’t have to pack up and leave your house to an embarrassing tent. Those days are long gone. Stay home and let us do the work for you while all you smell is the sweet scent of essential orange oils. To learn more about our non-invasive organic methods of pest control and our D-Liminite Orange Oil product, reach out to us.
Note: While we are working on your structure, there may be dust and other particles in the air. These do not disturb the majority of our customers, but we ask you to make the choice that will be best for your health and your family by consulting your doctor with any medical questions.
Do you offer certified inspections for escrow or home sale?
Yes, we do! Our team brings a unique blend of real estate and termite expertise, making us the ideal choice for escrow-related inspections. Our Escrow Termite Services are specifically designed to provide the documentation and peace of mind needed during a home sale.
How do you check for termites?
We proudly use Termatrac, the world’s leading termite detection technology. This advanced tool allows us to locate and monitor termite activity through materials like wood, brick, and drywall. By using heat and motion sensors, we can detect even hidden infestations early and accurately.
What if the termites have damaged my home permanently?
Our team is licensed in both termite treatment and structural repair, so we can handle the entire process—from eliminating the infestation to repairing the damage. As a certified Class B General Contractor, we ensure all repairs meet the highest standards, with the same trusted team managing every step.
