I had to call the warranty people which are not the Home Depot, give them all of my information, and then they determined I was warranty and had me go through another outfit which came out replaced the valve but still it was not running before. So I looked on yelp and found that Brown's had the best reviews. I called them and advised him of the part that had all been ready been replaced, thinking that it would be the burner and I wanted them to order and bring the part with them when they came to do the repair this time as it takes a whole day, well half a day of waiting until they come and take care of it. They booked very rapidly, Ken came out with a proper part which is not the one I thought, and he got the stove running properly in very short time. All in all it was a very pleasant experience, they're good with communication, they're proactive about their customer service, and they seem to care about their customers. I highly recommend them!
