Despite assurances from Diego and Kyra, the subcontractors’ poor workmanship, lack of supervision, and excuses led to numerous issues, including dead plants, inadequate irrigation, and damage to the property. The company’s failure to rectify the problems forced us to hire another landscaper to fix the mistakes.

    Simmonds & Associates used Purchase Green for an installation in Novato, CA. They told us they could start in 3 weeks, they were actually able to start in one week. The job took 2 days and was well done. They were inexperienced at dealing with low voltage lighting within the turf area, but responded immediately to a callback to rectify their mistake, and fixed the problem very well.
