  It’s rare I leave a review, but it’s also rare to find this level of service nowadays. Phil and his team are experts at what they do. They are prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable across a wide range of window blind and custom shutter products. Their consultative approach helped my wife and me feel confident in our decisions during our home renovation in Marin. Their guidance led to excellent functionality and a clean, polished look for our window blinds and shutters. We were especially impressed with Best Discount Blinds’ deep industry knowledge and the unique options they were able to offer that we would not have found elsewhere. I cannot recommend Phil and his team at Best Discount Blinds enough. If you are looking for custom blinds, custom shutters, professional installation, expert recommendations, or a thorough and helpful in-home consultation, Best Discount Blinds is my top choice.   I’ll be generous and give a two star rating as the couple ahead of me were getting excellent customer service. I spent 10-15 mins browsing while the only member of staff helped the couple ahead. After they were done picking blinds and setting up an appointment for measuring, she continued to talk to them about vacations, second homes etc… until I gave up and left. Happy to wait my turn but at no point did she acknowledge me at all. Pretty rude.

  Phil and his team are fantastic. They were very helpful in the blind selection process. I’ve heard so many great things about this business. Looking forward to the installation and completion of our new blinds project. I’ll be sure to update my review with the installation results!
