Moving out of one's home can be extremely daunting, especially after being there for many years! Even after editing I still had more stuff than my interim apartment would hold. It had to go somewhere...Enter "Trunk Space Storage". My experience with Doris and Ricky from my first phone call of inquiry could not have been better. Professional and personable, they facilitated a seamless move into a clean and safe unit from start to finish.
Thank you "Trunk Space Storage", I could not be happier!

Took me 30 mins to get set up with a storage unit and load and get out of there. Doris was the sweetest and even help me load it up. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to store some items
Was looking for a place to store and stopped by to get pricing . Very nice facility and staff. The manager Doris showed me a couple different sizes and was very helpful. The building is very clean, safe and prices are competitive.
Unsafe . Vagrants lingering in the parking lot who don’t necessarily rent there
I know that whoever the owner is or maybe it’s Ricky, the manager, replying to my review. I actually do rent there with my sister. It’s under her name and they still seem to fail to answer why they allow people to park there when nobody is in the office and literally live out of their trucks. Maybe there’s no break in yet But with lies such as oh someone is always there and also lying and saying that they don’t have after access hours is another lie. So the fact that your company lies about someone being there while you have functioning hours is a lie that’s exactly why we’re taking our business elsewhere. We were there since the facility was opened.
The space is under my sister‘s name that’s why this leg manager has no idea who I am posting it, but we do share the space. The new manager is more sympathetic to the homeless lingering around. Nobody just visits their store space while camping out in the car shame on them don’t rent here
One thing I know about working in the Self storage business is that break-ins usually happen after hours or when nobody is in the office.
At first, I was ready to move in to this place after I spoke to the manager on the phone he said that they do not Have any access after hours when nobody is there, I went by today to try to sign up and I just saw a squatter in the parking garage.
So apparently they allow people to sleep in their cars and live there when nobody is in the office and it turns out that they do have the storage space open after hours and on days when there’s nobody in the front office
I was told that they didn’t have homeless people sleeping in their cars, but apparently that’s not the case the amount of stuff this person had. it’s obvious they’re living in their car which makes this place unsafe
This is not someone who is renting that or they would be parked on the other side of the fence, which is where tenants actually park not on the opposite side
