However, despite notifying them and specifically requesting traps be placed inside our unit, it was never done. We even left our key on file to ensure they had access, but the request was not followed through. After weeks of dealing with the issue and not seeing meaningful resolution inside our unit, we no longer felt comfortable keeping our belongings there. I hope the facility strengthens follow-through on customer requests moving forward, especially when it involves protecting stored property.
