The manager is one of the worst people she will call the police on you for nothing then tell them that you are truspassing when you paid for 24 hour access. She trapped me in the elevator and proceeded to yell at me for something I didn't know anything about. Got me kicked out of my unit that wasn't what I paid for (20 x 10 and got 2 different lockers insted) because her and her little weisle boyfriend that pretends to work there wouldn't help jump my car when the battery died after my dog had a accident in it. Straight up told me "no I ain't jumping them" then called and said that we were living in our locker. Put my account on restricted hours and didn't bother tell me anything about it so when I wanted to get stuff out of my unit I couldn't and she was basically holding it hostage from me, telling me I needed to be out by a specific day and then wouldn't let me go in to get it. Oh yea this was all in the first 30 days. Go to smart stop they are so much better and the girl that works there is so much better.
