  We hired Clark Pest Control for attic pest removal, sanitation, and insulation replacement, and unfortunately our experience was far from what we expected or what was promised. We paid what they wanted to professionally handle a situation they told us they would. This was $7,100 and we got patch work and laziness. This project involved contaminated insulation, pest activity, and sanitation concerns in an area of our home where air quality and safety really matter — especially with kids in the house. Because of that, we needed thorough, careful, and professional work. What we got instead felt rushed, inconsistent, and stressful to manage. Communication was poor throughout the process. Timelines changed, expectations weren’t clearly explained, and we often had to follow up ourselves just to understand what was happening. For a service that’s supposed to bring peace of mind, it created the opposite. The quality control also didn’t inspire confidence. After the work, we still had concerns about cleanliness, completeness of removal, and overall attention to detail. When you’re paying for full attic sanitation and insulation replacement, you shouldn’t feel like you need to double-check everything yourself. For a company of this size and reputation, we expected a much higher standard of professionalism and care. I’m sharing this so other homeowners know to ask very detailed questions, get everything in writing, and carefully evaluate their options before committing. Attic remediation is expensive and important work — and you deserve a company that treats it that way. Unfortunately, we would not use Clark Pest Control again. Pictures below are after their $7000+ service. Now I have to hire a contractor to fix it the right way and sand down and clean the rat residue myself.

  I canceled service with Clark Pest Control in November 2024 and paid my final bill. Despite this, I received repeated invoices throughout 2024–2025 for unexplained fees, post-cancellation charges, and interest. I sent multiple written disputes requesting itemized documentation and a full account ledger. None of my disputes were acknowledged. Instead, Clark continued sending collection letters and added interest to amounts that were actively disputed. This pattern felt less like a billing error and more like harassment. I would strongly advise others to carefully monitor billing and get everything in writing.

  It’s clear the excellent service at Clark Pest Control starts at the top with Jerry and carries all the way down through the team. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rodrigo at my commercial property and Marcelino at my home — both have shown outstanding professionalism. In fact, I’ve never had a bad encounter with anyone from Clark. Every technician I’ve met has been polite, efficient, and communicates well. I especially appreciate the text message before they arrive, letting me know when they’re on the way or already working. From leadership to field staff, Clark Pest Control sets the standard for customer service. They’ve earned my full confidence for both business and home needs.
