- JGJennifer GermannDec 20, 20251.0I love this store but their female manager is absolutely trash. She's rude and not helpful. I waited in line for 30 min (I get it, its the holidays) but then she said there was no way to help me with my return without what sounded like she was saying was invoice. I had an email and the online account but she said that wouldn't work. When I asked if she said invoice, she said no and repeated what she said but again I could not understand her. Then she says, "you dont no what that is?" Like obviously not. I couldn't even understand what she was saying. Go to the mail manager if you actually need anything done.
