- AFAaron FisherAug 29, 20211.0I accidentally posted before I could explain what happened. I called at 12:00 on a road trip up when I realized I left my house key with the wife. I first scheduled for 4:00, my arrival time. They later called and said they couldn't get someone out until 7:00. Okay, I get it-- you have limitations on available locksmiths and their hours, that's fine. I made arrangements for 7:00, 7:20 passes and I get a call at about 7:30 from a customer service rep asking if they completed my service, I said I hadn't even received a call. He said he'd get a tech out ASAP, which is good customer service to make sure the loop was closed. Locksmith calls shortly after, says that he can't be out until 9:00. I tell him I was supposed to be seen at 7:00 and that I'd find another way into my house now that these are normal business hours. He hung up without another word. I call back to the customer service line and try to escalate my call, and get hung up on. Once I successfully escalate my call to the call center manager, she asks if she can schedule me again, I say no and GUESS WHAT: she hangs up without another word. Unbelievable. Anyway, 1 star. One person in the chain of custody tried, good on him, too many pieces went wrong. I ended up finding a local guy on yelp that was above and beyond and out to my house in 20 minutes. He doesn't show up on Google since he doesn't have a physical address and I'm kicking myself for not looking there first. I see how things could have gone right, but they really went wrong on so many levels. Hopefully others have better luck.
