  Brittney is a rockstar over at Debuois. Also the rental manager hotline is great at giving you so the details you need regarding pricing and promotions. Although I can guarantee what your monthly rate will be, given that prices are determined at the time of sign up based on housing market prices, as well as this is a commercial property and they "could" increase your rate, and sign up prices can fluctuate daily... I am paying about $50 less per month for a climate controlled, indoor, well lit, secure 10x15 storage unit, with high ceilings; as compared to my outdoor 10x10, low security, not humidity controlled (much of my belongings are ridden with mold, including my own personal artworks), 10x10 in aptos. Ite I'm very happy with the switch, I had been with the other rental group for 4+ years. I switched immediately. *I mentioned above about rental increases, and based on the information I gathered this occurs no sooner than whatever you prepay for in advanced, and is often common between every 6-12 months... But not by month by month. Go with them... Although their access hours might be limited compared to what you might be accustomed to. The perks, price, surveillance, and security, AS WELL as the onsite manager (whom I gathered really cares about your experience... She was able to call all tenants by their name, and expressed to them if there was anything they needed to address, as well as during my two visits, I had to call the number on the front door to come meet me at the front office..as she was somewhere else on the property cleaning, repairing and maintaining the goodness of the building.) the good news, is that she is always there, and really cares about all who come in through the building. Thank you!

You can put your trust in her to get everything handled & lock you into exactly what you need. Don’t even hesitate, get in there & dial yourself in with a space, & have no worries cuz you’re in great hands

  This facility is clean, modern, and safe but the best experience was working with the manager Britt Gray. She is knowledgeable, professional and efficient but more than that she was super friendly and made me feel good about picking this location.
