Three times they provided inaccurate fee information, made guarantees they later refused to honor, and raised the cost without ever informing me. Absolutely despicable. When I first opened my unit over a year ago, Jordon helped me and truly went above and beyond—I’ve been meaning to leave a review for him ever since. Then today, Britt at Extra Space Storage went above and beyond once again. I live out of state and called in for help with account changes, and she was incredibly kind, helpful, and a great communicator. She made the process very secure by thoroughly verifying my identity, while also making it easy to update my account information and autopay. Thank you so much, Britt—and thank you, Jordon! Your excellent customer service is deeply appreciated.
