I normally go to a Lowe's close to my house but the item I needed was out of stock there, so I had to go to this one if I wanted it today. I ordered online and got a notification that my order was ready about two hours later. The email indicated it was in a locker and provided a barcode to scan when I got there. I decided to get a couple things for closets while I was there and the woman near the entrance went out of her way to be extra helpful. The self service checkout had an open register and after I completed my purchase the woman there thanked me very much for coming in. I then went to where I thought the lockers were to pick up my online purchase. I scanned my barcode and got the message to scan at the lockers. Clearly I was in the wrong place. Again the closest associate was very helpful and pointed me toward the lockers, which I promptly walked right past because they were literally 5 feet away. The associate was quick to call me back and walk me to the correct scanning machine. The ONLY reason I did not give this 5 stars was due to the price on one of my 3 items purchased.

A week ago I visited Godlen valley low's and I had a vey good experience, Brian was very knowledgeable about the plants and kindly and patiently guide us in what we needed. Also Rafa, team lead, helped me find plant that I saw on ads . Overall they made my day with their amazing customer service. This branch is far from me but I will definitely come back to same place.

Have been coming to this Lowe's for years. And honestly Everytime I need help, have a question, or not sure on what exactly I require to get jobs around the house done. "Ray" has always been the one to help me out. The fact that he actually tries to help and not dust you off like at other stores. I keep coming back because of how helpful and knowledgeable he is. Give this guy his flowers because a lot of times they go unappreciated. Thank you RAY 🫡

The staff is friendly and always makes sure that you are finding what you need and give advice on the products that you're looking for. The store is well stocked. The plants always look healthy and I've never had any issue with the plants I've purchased. Great store.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
