    All employees just walking around chilling. No one has any idea of any pick up order, zero communication. Delaying every order by at least 30-60 minutes, coming back with stupid excuses. This is how every Lowes store operates.

    Store is poorly managed, understaffed, unorganized, and 90% of the employees will breeze past customers without greeting or offering assistance. We needed help three consecutive days in three separate departments, each time the wait for an employee, after going to the front to find someone to page for assistance, was more than ten minutes each time. After an employee was paged, Brian came each time, to three separate departments, and offered assistance.

    Went to Lowe’s to purchase some paint. After the front paged the paint “specialist” 4 times for us, she finally arrived, by which point the line grew to more than 4. IRENE was the CSR that was working and I cannot express how incredibly rude she was. We asked for some samples to which she replied only satin comes in samples. As I asked for clarification regarding the differences in finish she just pointed to one of the cards. So I then asked where in the aisle can we find the specific white we were looking for and she just said “on the shelf.” I did not appreciate that response. As we started asking another question she then asked for the next customer and proceeded to ignore us as we stood there with more questions about the different paints Lowe’s offers. I’ve never been treated that way in any store. She had no interest in helping us and seemed bothered she was even there. As a matter of fact, the gentleman she started helping went so far as to apologize to us for skipping ahead of us. The fact the customer realized and acknowledged what she did and she continued on is a very bad look for Lowe’s in my opinion. At that point I decided I would rather go to Home Depot to purchase the paint. I wasn’t giving my money to someone who treats customers like that. Irene is a terrible representative for Lowe’s and definitely resulted in a lost customer.
