- LCLeila C5 days ago3.0I recently went to the Lovesac store at Valley Fair and spent around $7k to order a basic sectional with a storage ottoman. Their couches are by far the only ones I've ever tried that I actually like, and I have been to many furniture stores. These cost way more than anywhere else, even when they are "on sale" ( they are always on sale). The folks in the store helped me out and I placed my order. After that, good luck. The parts ship via FedEx home, and it's impossible to get an accurate delivery date. Finally 20 boxes were dumped in my driveway. I have to bring it inside myself and I guess unbox it and build it myself, and dispose of all the boxes myself. For $7k???? Did I mention I also had to pay to have my old couches taken away??? So FYI that the post -sales experience is very lacking. I am still really looking forward to enjoying the couches when I have time to put them together. In the meantime maybe I can sit on these boxes.
