I returned a second time and did not choose that option and had no issues with the keys. They were made quickly with no issues. Note that this was the second location that I had to go to. I also went to one on Los Padres at a 7-Eleven that was broken. The attendant at the store was not very helpful in offering any type of suggestion and just stated that they don't own the machine.
