  AMSEC called up Franco's to open my safe due to a lock failure. Junior showed up on time, unlocked my safe, and did all necessary warranty work. Thank you for doing such a great job.

  I own a business that deals in high-value items and we have worked with Franco's Safe & Vault for many years. Every single time--without exception--Franco's has exceeded my expectations in terms of value and service. Their entire team is very knowledgeable, hard working and friendly. Prior to opening my business, I worked for other businesses in my field, and had some exposure to other safe companies in Orange County and So Cal. None of the other companies are even a close second to Franco's Safe. Seriously. They have the best prices and service of any company I have used. They also carry a wide, diverse selection of safes and vaults, and they know the product and market exceptionally well. We have both bought and sold safes and related products many times in the past, and I am relieved to know exactly who to call for our next safe purchase and/or service request. Special thanks to Jesse, Jr and his team of professionals for many jobs well done!

  Father and son run business and by far the most professional and friendly customer service out there. Over the last couple years I've bought a number of safes here and time after time they always accommodate me, even treated me like family. They've rushed over to me with just a phone call in emergency times where I've locked myself out, fixed broken safes or just moved them . Best prices by far and I've been everywhere. Thank you. You guys rock.

  Worth it! Honesty. I called and it was quickly fixed, reasonably. They fixed a perfectly good front door lock that I thought for sure would be replaced. Saved me money by being honest.
