  Jeff and Gina were outstanding. They were very helpful in explaining each pillow to us and making recommendations based on our needs. We walked out with 2 pillows and couldn’t be more excited to use them!

  Extremely disappointing experience with both the store and delivery. I placed an order for a Lux Adapt Firm mattress and base on January 19, and I am still waiting for complete delivery. The first delivery attempt included a broken base, and a follow-up delivery missed the base entirely. Despite making 10+ calls to try to resolve this, the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, instead of receiving the missing base, I keep getting notifications for another mattress delivery, which only adds to the confusion and frustration. While the store manager did offer a discount—which I appreciate—it does not make up for the poor execution, repeated delivery failures, and lack of coordination. Adding insult to injury, I was informed that initiating a return due to this partial and mishandled delivery could still result in delivery charges, which is unacceptable given the circumstances. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and exhausting experience, and far below the level of service I expected from Tempur-Pedic. I expected significantly better communication, accountability, and customer care from a premium brand.

  I’m leaving this review to share my disappointment with Tempur‑Pedic as a company—not the individual employees at this store. I purchased Tempur‑Pedic ProAir queen‑size sheets that were mislabeled/misbranded and actually king size. This is a clear mislabeling issue, and as a consumer I followed the proper process to resolve it. The store directed me to submit a claim through Tempur‑Pedic’s website, but the website repeatedly denied the claim—even though the product was sold under the wrong size and is therefore misbranded, which is illegal under federal labeling and consumer‑protection laws. Tempur-Pedic continued to send me to their warranty website which specifically covers "manufacturing defects" but, in email, they are saying that only things like damage are covered (which is not listed anywhere on their warranty page). When I asked for clarification, they continued to redirect me to the warranty page. Although the store is not responsible for Tempur‑Pedic’s unlawful decision to deny a legitimate misbranding claim, I cannot support a company that refuses to stand behind its products or comply with basic labeling laws. It’s extremely frustrating to be told to follow a process that leads nowhere while the manufacturer refuses to take accountability. Not to mention that Tempur-Pedic is accutely aware of the misbranding which is why this product is so steeply discounted. Until Tempur‑Pedic corrects this issue and honors valid claims, I won’t be purchasing from the company again, and I encourage others to be cautious when buying their products.
