    Claudia M. Is a rock star of customer service and follow through. In a retail world that is becoming more and more apathetic to their customers. I had the pleasure of working with Claudia M. When I visited the Ferguson (San Rafael) store with a potential warranty issue with a Pfister product that left me and my family without a working shower in our tiny 2b/1ba house. Not only did Claudia M. Listen carefully to my issue, she also identified the specialty part that wasn’t listed on Pfister’s website, called her local rep to see if the individual part could be gotten and under warranty replacement, and arranged for me to pick up the parts the next day. I’m floored that was able to receive such comprehensive customer service in the retail world we find ourselves in. Needless to say, it’s a day and a half later and my shower is as good as new and I’ll be back for any more bathroom or kitchen needs.

    Chuck at Monark has been very helpful with our large appliance purchase. It is still in progress (items not yet received as I just placed the order), but so far the experience has been wonderful. Highly recommend.

    NO NO NO RUNAWAY! I swear to God this place can't even be a legitimate business the way these idiots "run" this place. I ordered a stove on June 16th, put 50% down. Long story short-today is September 20th and after calling and emailing for the last 3 weeks almost daily and getting no response, I had to physically walk in there and demand that they give me my 3,600 down payment back. After finally getting a delivery date (because I let the phone ring forever and dialed every extension until I got a live person) I stayed home all day and nobody showed up. And then they had the nerve to tell me that they did show up (despite the fact that I was home the entire day and nobody called or touched my doorbell). When I called to inquire why they didn't show up, nobody called me back. They are liars, they are cheaters, they are incompetent idiots. Do not, I repeat, do not patronize this business.

    I placed a 50% downpayment on 6/30 for an entire kitchen and received a call on 10/18 that they may not have half the appliances ready for my 11/3 installation. They cannot explain why the order isn't ready in four months. I would not go back to them again. Update 11/15 They came through for me in the end but it would have been better to never have received the call in the first place.
