  We had an excellent experience with Carmen at the RH Outlet. She assisted us with purchasing a dining table and thoroughly walked us through wood type options, care instructions, and how to coordinate pickup with our delivery service. Despite the holiday weekend rush, she was consistently attentive and incredibly helpful. We look forward to shopping here again.

  Greg and Sabin are amazing. They are kind, informative and go above and beyond to assist their clients. Even during a hectic holiday season these two had a sense of calm which I so appreciated. Beautiful furniture but it is the talented staff that keep me coming back.

  Excellent quality furniture with very good discounts. Good stuff moves quickly, so don't wait too long if you find something you like. Staff is very helpful.
