My own experience, alongside many that I see here online...is that people ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place...and IMO, for VERY good reason. There is so much I could say in the so many ways that this place and it's staff made me so very comfortable "going with them"...from start to finish. Moves are stressful. And this team made it SO EASY (e.g. stress reduction immediately, from the first call to A Friendly Storage Place). If you are lucky enough to come across this gem of a business during your time of need for their services...support them! Go with these guys. (But know this...they go above and beyond, to support you better.)

The staff are super helpful and will even help move your things in or out of storage or home, even on their personal time. Ron is as honest as he is friendly, and is not trying to cheat or over charge anyone, if anything he is gracious with allowing late payments and will not sell your things for being late or missing a payment, allowing you more than reasonable time to catch up. Tracy has a gift where if you explain what you are intending to store, she can tell you the exact size unit you need without wasted empty space. I have grown to consider them as personal friends due to their kindness and above all their friendliness.....
