Completely broke all the tiles along the ridge line and left broken tiles scattered all along the perimeter of the house. When I called to talk to the manager I was told I signed a contract that stated they weren’t responsible for broken tiles. I understand it’s difficult to work on a tile roof but the damage they did is going to cost thousands to repair and appears they were completely negligent. Don’t fall for the cheap price like I did.
