When someone did break into my unit recently, they didn't get very far insofar as access and look like they gave up to search for easier targets. Additionally, the staff went out of their way to help us clean up and fix the problem. That kind of helpfulness isn't common anymore.

One of the doors to my building had a broken keypad and so people would often leave it ajar. The gate is super slow- it's very easy to tailgate. I found the security was too lax. Otherwise the space was clean and there were no major issues with the actual storage. Checkout was super easy and straightforward.
