Ian went above and beyond when he showed me the unit and jumped in with his 🧹, and it was cleaned before I moved in. It's an aged location, so I am only using it for storing family textbooks, no jewelry or valuables, , I know what I need and received what I paid for. Imagine if Ian was working at a modern location with (gasp) elevators!!!
