- IDIrina D.Apr 3, 20261.0A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Paid over $3K for an ELFA garage organization system to just end up with headache after headache! Their installation team said the measurements (taken by Container Store's own designer AT OUR HOME) were incorrect, while the designer blamed Container Store's own installation team for improperly doing the install. All of this resulted in MONTHS of back and forth to get the right parts, get it installed properly, and resolve who is doing what. It's been three months since we paid for everything and our garage system that they designed is STILL not properly installed. What was supposed to be a seamless process, which I paid a premium price for, has been just a total nightmare. I will never, ever buy from container store again and would not recommend it to anyone. I wish I had bought Ikea and had it installed myself instead of going CS. Never again!
- LELouie EmasaApr 1, 20261.0Come to this place if you want to be profiled if you don’t fit their customer description! Stumbled upon this store while waiting for a friend outside. Went inside briefly to check out what they were selling and found they sell more than just containers! Staff greeted me and my girlfriend when entering but had to leave the store about 2 minutes later. Noticed a female employee “side-eyeing” surveilling us from a distance and the male employee at the register rudely asked, “Do you need any help? You guys are leaving in such a hurry!” Umm, why does that matter? Anyone can be leaving in a hurry for a multitude of reasons. Obviously they assumed we were there for bad intentions and possibly think we were there to steal their merchandise. Such a pity! They had a great selection of things and as a possible customer, they had lost their business.
