  I had an excellent experience with the team at San Marcos Mini Storage. From the very beginning, the staff was professional and courteous. Adrian checked in with me a few times while I was figuring out what I truly needed. I stopped by twice to check out units. Both the manager (Itza) and Natasha patiently took the time to show me enough spaces to ensure I found the ideal one for my needs. They were also transparent about their policies and provided great peace of mind by guaranteeing my rate would not increase for 12 months, which I found incredibly reasonable. The access hours were clearly explained, and the entire team was accommodating and customer-focused. Highly recommended!

  Great customer service, helped me out quick. you’re also guaranteed a 1 year rate! Not like other place everything 3 months they raise your rate. Which can be annoying!! Overall great experience.
