They said they didn’t have the exact one, but had something compatible and to bring my old one in for comparison. I drove an hour to get to the store and the general manager gas lit me telling me that he didn’t tell me to bring my old filter in yesterday and the only option was to special order the part. Why would I go through the trouble to make the drive? I’ll never go back to this store.

We brought some supplies back to return them and the guy there couldn't process the return because we didn't have an account (we had a receipt and the items were unopened). The kid working there (Weston? Wesley?) had no idea what to do. He texted his manager but didn't hear back so we had to leave. We went back the next day and a lady was working and said she also didn't know how to do the return. She had to call the manager and after about 30 minutes of going back and forth, we were able to return the stuff. The manager needs to train the staff.
