I was provides prompt assistance by Jennifer Sondrini, sales associate. She was attentive, alert and listened patiently to my needs in a recliner. She provided several examples of recliners for me to look at. She offered me water, listened, again very patient, with my many questions and concerns and provided all the information I requested in a clear comprehensive manner. She had a great sense of humor I did not fell rushed and provided her expertise in finding the right color fabric for the recliner to match my living room. It was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I felt listened to, I felt she cared about what I needed in a chair.
