I had to argue with him multiple times to get the price I was promised and the times I was promised after arguing with him for 10 minutes. He also tried to tell me we were too late in the day to rent a storage unit even though we were there two hours prior to close/the time they said we were OK to show up at. So only rent if you’re willing to argue over price, contracts and times.

They increased our rent by 50% after 4 months with no explanation and we were out of state and had no options to move or anything. They also didn’t accept our renters insurance (through Geico which is obviously a very common insurance) and made us pay extra for their insurance. It’s a fine place to keep your stuff but I would not come back here
