- PHPatrick HickeyJun 3, 20252.0My senior citizen folks - who have horrible judgement in hiring honest contractors - scheduled this company to come out and change a few door knobs and a few locks with new ones - the ones installed were your basic made in China knob lockset from Home depot - and the technician was in and out in 1.5 hours - start to finish 1.5 hours- the bill came out to 1,244 dollars. That should tell you all you need to know about this chicken hawk company ripping people off with their exorbitant - blatantly dishonest and greedy pricing. My advice? Ask around - find an honest contractor- avoid this racket if you can.

Crackhead destroyed my door after being told 3 times to not damage the door and the company won’t even give me his name to take him to small claims court. I think real locksmiths use tools, they don’t take a hammer and beat your lock off the door. 🤬
