I’d been meaning to get a spare house key made for over a year but the line was always so long in the hardware stores around me.? This was so convenient. And when I tried out the key in my door lock…it worked!!!!!!

The one on the left, blue one was the “extra smooth service” for $2.99 (haha, look at that result, no edges), and the one on the right was the regular service. I think the reason they didn’t work is that my original key is a KW1 type, but the machine may have copied it onto a KW11 blank. I’m not 100% sure, though. However, their refund system is remarkable, super easy and fast. That’s why I’m giving them 2 stars.
