It’s the first time I’ve encountered a storage facility that isn’t out to auction your things off. They will work with you as long as you are respectful and honest. But don’t misunderstand their willingness to work with you as a weakness on their part. As a customer you always need to be polite and honest as to the reason why you’re late with the rent payment and as long as it’s not a habit or monthly routine that you are late, they are willing to work with you. I can’t say enough about how helpful they have been for me. I have however needed to close the storage unit out, ending in 3/17/26. But if I ever need to rent storage again I’m coming back to this location for sure. Even if it’s an hour drive away … they are that helpful. Thank you to the Doolittle Drive team !!! Happy customer ..,

She is very knowledgeable about the entire process! We definitely recommend this storage facility! The facility is very clean and spacious. We were also given a promotional price for our storage rental. We will know terminate the contract with our current storage provider and move our things here ASAP!
