  This company used to be good some years ago. Their service has fallen off a cliff. At best, you could say it's performative. At worst, dishonest. So, the guy found an entry point. But no one would look further because they didn't want to "get their clothes dirty." Seriously. I could be their grandma, but I had to do it myself. The one guy said he would set 3 traps, but he set 1. Again, had to do it myself. I asked multiple times how long a rodent can live without water, but no one gave a clear answer. When a manager finally called--only after I cancelled--he said 2-3 days max, "which means you no longer have a rat!" He essentially said I'm crazy if I've heard a rat for 2 weeks! And they want to collect $$ for "providing a service and solving my problem"!

  Stay away, they make you sign a 1 year contract. They show up randomly and do not follow up on plan. Been trying to cancel but no one responds my telephone calls. I have traps in my attic , they have not checked them in 2 months. I could have dead rats in there. Find a different business!
