"Appliance Parts Distributor was founded in 1963. We are a family owned and operated business that prides itself in customer service. We started out as mainly an Appliance Parts Distributor (hence the name) but in 1988 started to focus on the apartment replacement appliance business and have grown from there to also supply appliances for the builder industry in northern California. We operate 3 stores in San Leandro, Fremont and Dublin with the main 30,000 square foot warehouse at the San Leandro location. We offer wholesale pricing on all major appliances as well as free delivery within an approximate 50 mile radius."

When I came in to buy it, I chatted with a different guy about the problem in my washing machine that this part was going to fix, and he went out of his way to give me some pointers and ask thoughtful follow up questions. After a few mins, he went ahead and double checked that I had the correct part and it turns out that I didn't, and he got the correct one. With his tips, installing the part was a breeze and he saved me so much time by making sure I had the right part. I won't hesitate to return!
